How to Track Your Order
- Check your email: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Visit the carrier's website: Use the tracking number provided to check your delivery status directly on the carrier's tracking page.
- Check your order status: You can also log into your Deldair account and view your order history for the latest updates.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the product. Please note that larger items such as gazebos, sheds, and pergolas may require additional handling time.
Didn't Receive a Tracking Email?
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
- Allow up to 2 business days after placing your order for the shipping confirmation to arrive.
